9-Month Facilitator Training

Learn to guide others through the journeys you've walked.

A facilitator holds a safe, steady space so others can do this work. This professional training prepares you to lead both the 3-Month Individual Journey and the 3-Month Group Journey. Listening becomes a skill you can practice: reading posture, hearing what a sentence protects, and asking the question that opens rather than closes.

Three phases · three months each

From inner steadiness to skilled guidance

1

Months 1–3

Know Yourself

You can't hold steady for others until you can hold steady for yourself. In this phase you deepen your own practice and learn to stay in the calm witness state even when your own buttons get pushed. You also learn to use HEAL-AI, the Body Matrix, and the eXperience Matrix as tools for understanding sensations and patterns.

Skills you build

  • Steadiness under your own triggers
  • Fluent use of the HEAL-AI tools
  • A personal map of your patterns
2

Months 4–6

Group Facilitation

Learn how a group's nervous systems affect each other, and how one steady person can help a whole room settle. You practice leading dialogue, speaking in Rheomode, and helping tensions between people dissolve instead of grow.

Skills you build

  • Leading dialogue circles
  • Holding a shared witness anchor
  • Transparent, non-judging language
3

Months 7–9

Individual Facilitation

Develop the finer skills of one-on-one work: reading the body, pulse reading, and cross-checking what you observe with the Body Matrix. You practice guiding live sessions and between-session voice memo support with precision and compassion.

Skills you build

  • Somatic observation and pulse reading
  • Guiding live and voice-memo sessions
  • Using HEAL-AI to support clients

HEAL-AI for facilitators

A learning partner that grows with you

Throughout the training, HEAL-AI serves as a practice space. You can rehearse decoding sensations, reflect on sessions you've led, and deepen your fluency with the Body, eXperience, and Mouth Matrix tools.

Once you facilitate, your clients can use the same Companion between sessions — so you and the AI work as a team, supporting their learning around the clock.

Who this is for

  • Graduates of a 3-month journey who want to go further
  • Teachers, coaches, therapists, and team leaders
  • Anyone called to accompany others through change

Recommended first step

We suggest completing a 3-Month Individual or Group Journey before starting the Facilitator Training. Walking the path yourself first gives you the lived experience your future clients will count on.
