3-Month Group Journey
Learn to think, listen, and grow together.
A group can be smarter than any one person in it — but only when people feel steady enough to listen and speak honestly. This journey practices exactly that. Over three months, a small group learns to notice what happens inside each person during a conversation, and how that shapes the whole group.

What is group intelligence?
When a group finds what no one could find alone
Physicist David Bohm noticed that most conversations are really debates: people defend positions instead of exploring together. In true dialogue, people slow down, notice their own assumptions, and let new meaning flow between them.
The Group Journey adds the body to this picture. When someone feels tension or pressure during a discussion, it often affects everyone. Learning to name and settle those signals together can help the whole group stay balanced — a kind of shared allostasis.
What you practice
Deep listening
Listen to understand rather than to reply — and notice what your body does while someone else is speaking.
A shared witness anchor
Weekly live sessions build a calm, common center the group can return to when things get heated.
Clear, flowing language
Try Rheomode — a way of speaking that focuses on processes rather than labels, so people feel less judged and more open.
The 12-week arc
How the group grows over three months
Weeks 1–3
Arrive and attune
Calibrate attention together and begin mapping the emotions that show up in group settings.
Weeks 4–6
The body in the room
Explore how sensations move through a conversation, using the Body Matrix as a shared language.
Weeks 7–9
Dialogue in practice
Hold real conversations about real topics while staying grounded in the shared witness.
Weeks 10–12
Carry it home
Bring group practices into your workplace, classroom, family, or community.
Between sessions
Support doesn't stop when the call ends
Each participant can reach a mentor through WhatsApp voice memos when something comes up during the week, and can open the HEAL Companion AI any time to reflect on a conversation, decode a reaction, or prepare for the next session.
Many groups find this rhythm — live time together plus personal reflection in between — is what turns new ideas into lasting habits.
