3-Month Individual Journey

Go to the root of the patterns that keep you off balance.

Most of us react to stress in the same ways again and again. This private journey goes deeper than coping tips. Together with a mentor, you can trace those reactions back to where they start — in the body and in unfinished past experiences — so they can finally resolve.

Why go deep?

Surface fixes fade. Root changes last.

Allostasis is your natural ability to stay stable while life changes. When an old experience never fully finished, your body may keep reacting as if it is still happening. We call these "time loops" — reacting to today through yesterday.

In the Individual Journey, all the attention is on your story, your body, and your patterns. That focus lets the work move at your pace and reach the places a group setting may not.

How it works

Support during sessions and in between

Weekly live sessions

Meet one-on-one with your mentor to build a calm 'witness anchor' and a shared vocabulary for what your body feels.

Mentor voice memos

When something triggers you during the week, send a WhatsApp voice memo. Your mentor can help you decode it while it is still fresh.

HEAL-AI, 24/7

Use the HEAL Companion AI and the Body and eXperience Matrix tools to map sensations and patterns whenever you need to.

The 12-week arc

What the three months look like

  1. Weeks 1–3

    Calibrate your attention

Practice moving between focused and open attention. Begin mapping your everyday emotions.

  2. Weeks 4–6

    Explore the body

Use the Body Matrix to explore sensations in depth and put words to what they mean.

  3. Weeks 7–9

    Practice discernment

Learn to tell a passing signal from a lasting truth (called Viveka), grounded in the inner witness.

  4. Weeks 10–12

Integrate and stand on your own

Bring what you learned into daily life, build independence, and plan your next steps.
